Season 01 Episode 17: JC’s Tacos & More
Hang out in the kitchen with Meghan and Chef Marvin, where you’ll learn to make these 4 dishes:
Fresh mango juice
1) Place guacamole in a seal-able container, press out air with spoon and smooth out the top, then add 1/2 inch of water on top to prevent oxidization; refrigerate up to 3 days. To serve, drain off water and mix gently.
2) Brush your tortilla shells with oil and briefly fry to keep your enchiladas from getting soggy while baking in the sauce and cheese.
